Milk frother For Steaming and Frothing Milk:
Small saucepan (for heating milk on the stove)
Whisk (if frothing milk by hand)
Large mug (for serving the latte) For Assembling the Latte:
Spoon (for stirring the coffee and maple syrup mixture)
Measuring spoons (for measuring maple syrup and optional cinnamon or vanilla extract)
- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee
- 1 cup steamed milk any milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp real maple syrup
- cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
Brew 2 shots of espresso or make 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
While the coffee is brewing, steam 1 cup of milk using a milk frother or on the stove.
In a large mug, add 2 tablespoons of real maple syrup.
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the mug with the maple syrup and stir until combined.
Pour the steamed milk over the coffee mixture.
