Optional: Milk frother (for extra creaminess)
- 1 cup full-fat milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp instant coffee
In a saucepan, combine 1 cup full-fat milk and 1 cup whipping cream. Heat gently over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to let the mixture boil.
Once the milk and cream mixture is warm, stir in 4 tablespoons of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
In a small bowl or cup, dissolve 2 teaspoons of instant coffee in a few tablespoons of hot water. Adjust the amount of coffee if you prefer a stronger or weaker flavor.
Pour the prepared coffee into two mugs. Slowly add the warm vanilla milk mixture, dividing it evenly between the mugs, and stir gently to combine.
For an extra indulgence, top with whipped cream or sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serve hot, or pour over ice for a refreshing iced French vanilla coffee. Enjoy!
