Current setup

Breville Bambino Plus, Baratza Encore grinder, Hario V60-02 ceramic, Fellow Stagg EKG kettle, Acaia Pearl scale. Beans rotate weekly from local Brooklyn roasters.

Daily habits

3 cups a day — pour-over in the morning, AeroPress mid-afternoon, occasional espresso when I want a kick. Decaf after 4pm.
